Your first bath, done right

Your easy 7-day routine: 10 minutes on bath day, 60 seconds on the days between.

Day 1: the full bath (10 minutes)

1. Brush your dog outside to remove loose hair.
2. Wet the coat completely with lukewarm water.
3. Apply a small amount of Tailwag Tonic Shampoo and massage gently for 3–4 minutes.
4. Rinse thoroughly, then towel-dry gently.
5. Spray 10–15 pumps of the Spritzer & Conditioner from neck to tail: belly, armpits, groin and neck too.
6. Comb through and let air-dry.

Days 2–6: daily refresh (60 seconds)

• Morning: lightly mist the belly, neck and groin with the Spritzer before walks.
• Evening: quick spot-clean with a damp cloth plus 2–3 pumps of Spritzer after park time.

Day 7: repeat the full bath

Then carry on with the daily spritz routine.

Where dirt and tangles collect

• Labradors: lower neck, chest, base of tail
• Golden Retrievers: ears, paws, groin
• French Bulldogs: face wrinkles, tail pocket
